Green Dragon Briquettes are formed as a co-product of bio-diesel processing and contain only the pure crushed oil seeds; no additives and no impurities.
A single Green Dragon Briquette will burn for up to 3 hours; the equivalent of 6 wooden logs, and with twice as much energy.
Green Dragon Briquettes can be used as a direct replacement for wood on any wood burning appliance, reducing the need to burn precious wood resources. They require less storage space than wooden logs, are clean and easy to handle, and stack very well.
Being formed from a naturally growing plant, Green Dragon Fuel can be classified as "Rapid Renewable" fuel. Trees take many years to grow, even in managed forests. Green Dragon Fuel is produced from plant sources that grow in months, not years.

They are farmed from existing farmlands, no deforestation has occurred to produce these fuels; they are formed from co-products of existing farming produce.

The weights denoted are PER BRIQUETTE, each box has a total weight of 15 kg.
The briquettes are extremely easy to light, requiring only usual lighting methods, ie. kindling.
Each briquette can be further split into four "logs". This is in fact the best way to burn these briquettes. Each briquette is scored for splitting and a simple tap with a sharp implement splits the briquette.
The briquettes burn to a fine ash which can be used further as a natural fertiliser for the garden and leave no residue if burned correctly in your appliance (i.e. not slumbered, but burnt with sufficient oxygen to allow complete combustion).
There is no noticeable smell whilst burning and the heat and longevity of burn is vastly superior to even seasoned hardwoods.
Due to the weight of each box a delivery charge of £8.00 including VAT will be added to each box at checkout.
